Founded in January 1990, The Institute for Emergency Medical Education (IEME) was originally dedicated to providing Emergency Medical Training.
By 1994, IEME had reached a formidable size and was providing a large range of training ranging from laypersons CPR to Paramedic refresher training as well as Basic Rescue/Safety Training.

In 2004 after more than 15 years, IEME, in order to better serve it's industrial clients, divided it's operations into two divisions.
IEME Northeast took over the exsisting industrial services that IEME already offered which included, but not limited to, technical rescue, blood borne pathogens, fire extinguisher trainig and consulting.
In 2005, IEME expanded it's exsisting Industrial operations......
Dedicated to Industrial Safety and related fields.
